1....Avocado PacK
2....1 small jar of mayonnaise
3....olive oil 1 tablespoon
4...1/2 avocado
5....Peel and pit avocado. Take half avocado and mash well with mayonnaise and oil till it has a creamy consistency. Apply to your hairs and work through hairs to ends. Cover with a shower cap.

You may use a warm towel if your hairs are really damaged. This will help in deep conditioning. Let your hair treated for 20 minutes. Be ready for shiny healthy hairs.
